Pursue grand research challenges that advance strategic research themes and address key global health challenges
- Become the campus center for internationally recognized research on life-saving medicines, including their discovery, development, testing, clinical use and outcomes, pricing and distribution policies
- Lead in therapeutic innovation, including research on novel drug types, delivery systems and new drug targets
- Identify and close gaps in health equity related to medication access, socioeconomic status and community-based variations in treatment
- Develop advanced research methods and technologies, for example artificial intelligence, to improve pharmacy practice, medication use, discovery and pharmacy education
Empower innovation by investing in research infrastructure
Establish Centers of Excellence, promote interdisciplinary research and build strong industry collaborations
Attract and retain top talent through competitive packages and a vibrant research environment
