On January 26th, 2023, students who participated in the 2022 Summer Research Program presented their work at the Annual Poster Symposium. The posters were a representation of a broad range of content and topics, including but not limited to:

  • TIM-1: A Dynamic in vitro Dissolution System Mimicking the Gastrointestinal Tract
  • Identification of Amebicidal Marine Microbial Metabolites against Naegleria fowleri
  • A National Survey of Institutional Guidelines for the Use of Ketamine, Lidocaine, and Dexmedetomidine for Analgesia
  • Cost-Utility Analysis of Academic Detailing Outreach on Naloxone Prescribing for Patients at Risk of Opioid-Related Overdose or Death.

During the event, the Biomedical Library staff judged all student posters for best use of citations in the following categories: Quality of Resources, Variety of Resources, References Used Throughout the Poster. Please join us in congratulating the first place winner, Louis Odeesho (P3, Class of 2024), and second place Xiaoying Huang (P2, Class of 2025).

All students did an outstanding job presenting their work. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments!
