Parking and Dinner Venues

Parking at UC San Diego

  1. Please install “ParkMobile” application to your mobile or navigate to the https://app.parkmobile.io/ website.
  2. In the ParkMobile” app. choose “UC San Diego, Gilman Drive, La Jolla” parking location (zone # 4752).
  3. Select desired time length for parking.
  4. Enter your license plate# and pay.

PLEASE PARK IN THE “SOUTH PARKING STRUCTURE” or “GILMAN PARKING STRUCTURE”

"V" spots only on Friday, November 14th.

"A", "B" or "V" spots on Saturday, November 15th.

PARKING FEE on Friday, November 14th will be $ 36.00 max.  “V” spots ONLY.

(For Symposium participants any posted “V” spot time limits in Gilman and South structures will be waived. Please use the code:  SE111415PP70PZR  in the ParkMobile App. Parking codes are not needed for "V" spots where no time restriction is posted.)

PARKING FEE on Saturday, November 15th will be $ 9.00 max.  In any of “A, B, S or V” spots .

(Only on Saturdays and Sundays visitor parking in the zone #4752 is allowed in any of the "A", "B","S" or "V" spots at the posted hourly fee with maximum of $ 9.00/day. Any posted parking time limitations apply on weekends, as well.).

Dinner at the Birch Aquarium

Parking at the Birch Aquarium is free for the symposium dinner attendees.

Instructions on how to reach the home of Palmer and Susan Taylor will be provided to invited participants directly at the symposium.
