ASP Fall Quarter Recap

ASP had the pleasure of hosting our annual Mentor-Mentee Meet and Greet on November 18th. This event was organized by our VP of Networking, Camilla Wu. Prior to the event, we successfully matched 50 student pharmacists to pharmacist mentors in their field of interest.
This year, 29 pharmacy students and 26 pharmacists attended the in-person event. The participants were rotated between tables and break out rooms for Q&A sessions. The pharmacy specialties and topics included pharmacy informatics, pediatrics, industry, infectious disease, academia, acute care, administration, ambulatory care, and many more! We are very grateful to have had so many alumni, UC San Diego affiliates, and pharmacist preceptors from the community willing to take the time out of their busy schedules to mentor our students. Thank you to everyone who attended for this successful event!
