Serving our Community
Since our founding, our school has been deeply committed to serving our community. All first-year student pharmacists rotate at the UC San Diego Student-Run Free Clinic Project—one of the largest student-run free clinics in the nation—and faculty and student organizations host health screenings on a monthly basis. Our proximity to the U.S.–Mexico border and large unhoused population also present unique patient care experiences.
