The Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is hosting three high school students for summer research internships. Their summer internships are supported by a grant from the ALSAM Foundation. One student is apprenticing with computer scientist, Dr. Ruben Abagyan and G-protein coupled receptor researcher Dr. Irina Kufareva, another student is learning about robotic drug screens with Dr. Stephan Meister and the third student is working on the molecular biology of the schistosome parasite with Dr. Danielle Skinner.
